Methodology
Read the sourcing, testing and update practices.
Continue →Trust, policy and method
The sourcing, food-safety, commercial and correction boundaries that govern Salty & Clever.
The operating premise
We correct material errors and update content when important facts, products, recipes, standards, menus, policies, evidence, or circumstances change.
A correction is material when it changes meaning, accuracy, safety, quantities, timing, allergens, alcohol status, interpretation, recommendation, or a decision a reasonable reader might make. Material corrections receive a dated note.
Spelling, formatting, broken links, and clarifications that do not change meaning may be corrected without a formal note.
Obsolete, unsafe, unsupported, or duplicative content may be archived, redirected, replaced, or removed.
Use the contact page to report a concern and include the page URL, specific statement, reason, and supporting source where available.
